Laura - Challenge success story

Over the course of 2 years, and 6 challenges, Laura has lost around 15% body fat, and continued to smash PB's, knocking nearly 2 minutes off her 1 mile run, increasing her deadlift to 151kg and winning a local comp, as well as achieving some firsts, including rope climbs and toes to bar!

Steve's done several challenges for performance over the past 18 months, improving his deadlift by 8% and his press ups by 33%.
